Välkommen Trail

The Välkommen Trail signage was created by artist John Whitfield. John C. Whitfield truly cared about the Lindsborg community and believed by sharing his artist vision, art would sustain Lindsborg to be more established as an art community. With himself and other artists living here, to generate an artistic environment for more artists to set roots in Lindsborg. He had a traditional view of art and believed it should evoke beauty. He also was a major player in public art.
