12th Annual O.K. Kids Day - Clinton State Park

Spend your day with family and friends at Clinton State Park! It's a great time, it's so easy and it's free! The event and instruction team will keep you moving with three separate events. Fishing Derby, Archery Practice and Animal
Show-N-Tell. At the morning fishing derby try your hand at fishing with equipment and bait provided. In the afternoon the Archery in the Schools Program coordinators will provide instruction and equipment so kids can get a hands-on experience and be introduced to the fun of archery. The day will end with Animal Show-N-Tell at the South shelter in campground three. Get a close up look and learn about our Live Kansas Animals on Display. This is a PERFECT opportunity for Kansas WildLifer participants to knock out some of their challenges. And if you are not an official participant yet, you can get started. A free sack lunch will keep the kids energized through the afternoon. Come for the family time, great outdoor instruction and outdoor goodie bags with enter for several drawings at each event.
